pre-order Policy

What is a preorder?
Our pre-order system allows customers to order products before it is officially released. This means you will be able to secure your product before it potentially sells out.

Pre-order guidelines
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to secure your item
Release Date: Our pre-order products include an estimated release date. Please note that these dates are subject to change due to delays from manufacturing, supply, transport, or unknown circumstances
Shipping Timeframes: Orders which contain pre-order items can only be shipped once all items in the order become available.
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after stock becomes available
Cancellations and Refunds: All preorder sales are final. While the market can fluctuate leading up to a release Rare Candy Cart will always honour the price paid at checkout. As we honour the price at the time of order, we kindly ask that you do the same.
For this reason cancellations/refunds for preorders will not be accepted after the order is placed.
Changes to Preorders
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to unforeseen issues, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be provided as soon as possible.
Stock Allocation
While we try our best to ensure all preorders are fulfilled, stock availability from our suppliers may impact your order.
