Change of Mind
Rare Candy Cart does not offer change of mind refunds/returns
Faulty/incorrect product
Rare Candy Cart will issue refunds if the item is defective, majorly damaged, or the incorrect item was received. Minor flaws that do not affect the item are not subject to refund.
Applying for a refund
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product please contact us via email at rarecandycart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will review your outcome within 24 hours and notify you of the result.
All refund will be done in the same manner as you have paid.
Credit card refunds
Refunds will be returned to the same card that was used to make the purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 days to show up in your account
